CampaignKnight – Terms & Conditions

 

 

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by CampaignKnight ("CampaignKnight," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, subscribing to, requesting a demo, or using any CampaignKnight services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or use our services.

1. Services Overview

 

 

CampaignKnight provides personalized B2B email marketing services, including but not limited to campaign creation, email template design, demos, and campaign execution, subject to the plan selected by the Client.

CampaignKnight offers the following service plans:

  • Bronze Armor

  • Silver Armor

  • Gold Armor

Each plan includes a defined number of contacts. Service features, limits, deliverables, and contact allowances are determined by the specific plan and contact tier selected at the time of purchase.

2. Email Template & Content Limitations

 

​

  • Each email template created under any CampaignKnight plan or demo may include a maximum of eight (8) products or offerings.

  • CampaignKnight reserves the right to refuse, modify, or request changes to any content that exceeds this limit.​

3. Contact Limits & Plan Selection

 

​​

CampaignKnight plans include a predefined number of contacts based on the selected plan and contact tier.

  • Clients must select a plan that matches or exceeds their total contact count.

  • There is no separate purchase of contact cards or contact-based add-ons.

  • CampaignKnight will only provide services for the number of contacts included in the Client’s selected plan.

If a Client exceeds their plan’s contact limit:

  • The Client must cancel their current plan and purchase a new plan that supports the higher contact volume.

  • CampaignKnight reserves the right to pause or limit services until the appropriate plan is purchased.

CampaignKnight is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by selecting an insufficient contact tier.

4. Demo Feature

 

​

CampaignKnight offers an optional demo feature that allows prospective Clients to preview personalized email templates based on their business.

  • Demo templates are provided at no cost.

  • All demo templates remain the sole intellectual property of CampaignKnight.

  • Demo templates are stored for a maximum of fourteen (14) days and are automatically deleted from CampaignKnight systems thereafter.

  • Demo templates may be converted into active campaign templates if the Client purchases a CampaignKnight plan and elects to proceed using the demo design.

CampaignKnight makes no guarantees regarding performance or outcomes from demo templates.

5. Add-Ons & Additional Services

 

​

CampaignKnight may offer optional add-ons, including but not limited to additional templates, emails, or edits beyond what is included in the Client’s selected plan.

  • Add-ons are one-time charges and billed separately from monthly subscription fees.

  • Add-ons are optional; however, exceeding plan limits requires the purchase of applicable add-ons.

  • CampaignKnight is not obligated to provide services beyond plan limits without the required add-ons.

6. Subscription Billing & Renewal

 

​

All plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

  • The billing cycle begins on the date of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly on the same calendar day unless properly canceled.

  • By purchasing a subscription, the Client authorizes CampaignKnight to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees.

7. Cancellation Policy

 

​

The only valid method to cancel a subscription is by submitting the “Cancel My Subscription” form located under the “Cancel Subscription” tab in the website header.

Cancellation requests submitted via email, phone, social media, or any other method will not be accepted.

Cancellation Processing Time

 

Subscription cancellations may take 48–72 hours to process.

​

​

Mid-Month Cancellations

 

If a subscription is canceled at any point during a billing month:

  • The Client is responsible for the full monthly charge.

  • Services will continue through the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions terminate at the end of the billing period, not immediately.

  • No prorated refunds or partial credits are provided.

8. Payments, Refunds & Non-Payment

 

​

All fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to unused services, early cancellations, or unused contact capacity.

​

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services without notice.

CampaignKnight reserves the right to pursue collection efforts for unpaid balances.

9. Client Responsibilities

 

​

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful, and permission-based contact data.

  • Comply with all applicable email marketing laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and applicable data protection laws.

  • Ensure all campaign content is accurate, legal, and appropriate.

CampaignKnight is not liable for consequences resulting from inaccurate data, unlawful content, or non-compliant contact lists supplied by the Client.

10. Service Modifications & Availability

CampaignKnight reserves the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue services, features, or plans at any time.

  • Update pricing with reasonable notice.

  • Refuse service to any Client for lawful reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

 

​

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CampaignKnight is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • CampaignKnight does not guarantee specific results, conversions, revenue, or engagement metrics.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the most recent billing month.

12. Intellectual Property

 

​

All templates, designs, demos, processes, and materials created by CampaignKnight remain the exclusive intellectual property of CampaignKnight unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Governing Law

 

​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CampaignKnight operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

​

14. Acceptance of Terms

 

​

By purchasing, requesting a demo, or using CampaignKnight services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
